Work is NOT Working!
So Thursday at work was a doozie. First I get into work and I have an email from a co-worker from my boss asking me to call her. Okay fine. I call the number and it goes to a voicemail that says this is Randy. Okay maybe this is her husbands phone and she is using it. Then I get to thinking. Is her husbands name Randy? So I email co-worker and ask "Is our bosses husbands name Randy?" She emails me back uh..I think his name is Cliff?!! WTW?? SO who did I call and leave a message with? Ugh.... I email CW back and ask if this is the right number the boss emailed to her to email to me...She emails me back ummmm that is not the number.. The boss had given me the WRONG number to call. I mean really, How do you send and email to have someone call you and it's the WRONG number! See what I'm working with? So that was the small little snowball that ended up with an avalanche. So the boss didn't come in and the person who has to do the mail did not come in. I was stuck doing three peoples job not only on Thursday but on Friday as well. Look I'm all about being a Team Player and all but when your supervisor only has one person to back people up and that person calls in and only one person (Me) is left holding the bag it starts to get real old, real quick.
It was like a chain of fools. Everyone seemed to forget what it is that they were supposed to do. I am but one person. I had people coming at me from all sides. Supervisors from other departments suddenly had questions about work that I had no answer to because my Supervisor didn't give me that information. It was crazy town and the crazies were out. Then I had my co-worker who I will just call Tweddle (because she looks like Tweddle Dee's and Tweddle Dums little sister) Who I don't make conversation with at all because she annoys the snot out of me, Ask me the dumbest question EVER!!!!! I think it was just because I had not showed her any attention that day because I was dealing with bigger problems! Just do your job! Anyway this crap went on for two days because my supervisor didn't come in Thursday or Friday and neither did the mail girl. I had to adjust my time schedule for getting off on Friday to accommodate the work flow for my department. Did I mention that I am in NO way a SUPERVISOR??!!
So yesterday this is what I did : Happy Weekend!

Talents
Hello you,
Today I was thinking "I wish I was one of those people who could come up with a great gimmick!" You know the people who do something everyday for a year and then write about it and take pictures and post them and like everyone follows them and they end up with a book deal and visit all the talk shows. Well I'm not one of those people. Even in the writing of the first fifty words of this post today, I played Angry Birds on Facebook, Treasure Madness, and A game on my phone and registered to take the Jeopardy Test to be on Jeopardy. I have the tv on and I was playing Jeopardy then the commercial for the test to be a contestant came on so I stopped and registered. Yup just that quick I was distracted and totally did something else. So it's no wonder I can't be one of those people doing something for a year and logging what I do. I can't even get through this simple post. Oh well....If you have ever had a long or short conversation with me, you know I jump from subject to subject. And with that being said I think it's time for me to lay down and watch tv and rest my eyes! Here's to you....

The Beginning
Okay folks 2013 has started. I hope everyone had a great last day of 2012. Some if us (ahem, me) could barely contain our excitement for the ball to drop. It took all I could to keep my little eyes open for the count down and watch that stupid ball drop. And when i finally woke up enough to stay alert for the ten seconds it took for the ball to drop, I couldn't go back to sleep until 4 am. Oh well. I got caught up on my NCIS. So I'll be ready for the new episodes when they start. Speaking of new episodes. Cougar Town is moving to TBS and I'm so excited!! I love that show. Despite the name, it really is a funny show and I love the cul de sac gang. They make me want to have friends like that. (Not that my friends aren't cool...)
Anyway. The new year begins along with the new television season. If you know me personally, you know that I love almost all things television. There are so many amazing shows on tv right now and then there are shows that that make me ashamed to be well...a human. Look I understand that reality tv is BIG and people become famous from them but some of these people should stay where they are...in the back hills, mountains, shores, and countries. Why should I have to turn to TLC (which is called the learning channel) And see a seven year old and her family dumpster diving for things to take back to their house to use?! And they think it's okay that they do that. Then on A&E I see a moonshiner who wants to remain hidden so they blur out his face and distort his voice so that you can't recognize him. Um I'm sorry if my dad was on tv with a blurred out face and distorted voice I'm pretty sure that I would know it's him! I can only guess what 2013 will bring in the reality department. I look forward in being annoyed and mystified and what will come out next.
Well it's back to work tomorrow, back to my own hill, mountain and shore people. They are up close and personal. Perhaps I should watch these shows so that I can know what to do when I'm in their natural habitat. Till then...
